Network Delivery Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of implementation projects, the full-time remote Network Delivery Project Manager will drive successful delivery of both packaged and custom solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation projects for core and enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with customer goals and project scope
• Prepare and communicate project status to stakeholders, tracking progress, risks, and mitigation plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to schedule resources and deliver on all aspects of the project effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or systems integration
• Proficiency in project management software and collaborative tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Asana
• Experience managing a variety of project types, including time and materials, fixed fee, and managed services
• Solid understanding of data integration with eCommerce platforms and digital retailers
• Strong ability to foster relationships with both internal teams and external customers, effectively addressing issues and driving resolutions
