Job Summary

Network Development Associate is a remote position responsible for developing and executing network development and provider contracting strategies while engaging collaboratively with teams in a full-time capacity.

• Drive network development and contracting goals within designated geographies
• Develop local contracting strategies to enhance provider participation in various initiatives
• Address provider concerns and communicate solutions to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in network development, recruitment, contracting, or managed care
• Positive leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
• Understanding of provider contract options and healthcare economics
• Experience in negotiating provider contracts to improve performance
• Able to drive action across collaborative team members
