Job Summary
To support the Eurasia Network to End Violence against Women, the part-time Network Development Consultant will lead and strengthen existing activities, develop new initiatives, and enhance member engagement while working remotely within the UTC+3 time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the production and distribution of the Network newsletter and facilitate regular online meetings
- Develop original proposals for the Network's growth and sustainability, ensuring alignment with member needs
- Co-design and facilitate the October 2026 in-person convening, capturing key outcomes and follow-up actions
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in network or coalition development and facilitation of civil society networks
- Strong knowledge of women's rights and gender-based violence, particularly within the Eurasia region
- Proven facilitation skills for participatory online and in-person meetings
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Russian and English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with limited supervision
