Network Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Development Manager (IDD & Behavioral Health).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and build a multi-state strategy for network expansion
• Develop and manage relationships with payers, state agencies, and providers
• Navigate HCBS waiver and Medicaid funding pathways while supporting contracting and negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in payer contracting, Medicaid network development, or managed care strategy
• Direct experience with Medicaid MCOs or state Medicaid agencies
• Understanding of HCBS waiver structures and Medicaid reimbursement
• Experience in provider network development and payer negotiations
• Proven ability to manage multi-step, cross-state projects independently
