Key Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain outreach templates and prepare briefing documents for team meetings
• Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and build dashboards for leadership visibility
• Map cardiology practices and conduct market research to inform outreach strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales or provider outreach
• Experience working with physician offices, preferably in cardiology
• Proven ability to manage CRM data integrity and workflow design
• Experience in conducting primary research and building prospect lists
• Comfortable in both strategic and execution roles within a fast-paced environment
