Network Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Sourcing and Development Specialist to enhance its provider network and manage rate negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and maintain the PPO network, including provider identification and rate negotiation
• Conduct provider orientations and training sessions as needed
• Serve as a liaison with treatment providers and assist in resolving issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three years of provider relations experience, preferably in a PPO/HMO setting
• Experience in a managed care/PPO environment
• Familiarity with fiscal issues and rate negotiations
• Experience with computerized applications, including PCs and Microsoft Office
