Network Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Development Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and recruit providers to meet contractual requirements
• Conduct market analysis and perform prospecting calls to discuss network benefits
• Negotiate with providers and maintain relationships throughout the contracting process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1 year of experience in provider relations, contracting, or sales/negotiation
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with contract terminology and reimbursement methods is preferred
• Understanding of dental, medical, physical therapy, and vision products and terminology is a plus
