Network Development Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Network Development Specialist will utilize effective techniques to identify prospects and recruit providers, ensuring contractual requirements are met while performing market analysis and conducting negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Run geographic access reports and perform market analysis to identify key providers
• Conduct prospecting calls and negotiations with new and existing providers to build and maintain the provider network
• Develop and maintain provider relationships, ensuring compliance with the contracting process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• 1 year of experience in provider relations, contracting, or sales/negotiation
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to build relationships effectively over the phone
• Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
