Network DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing network infrastructure, the full-time Network DevOps Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated network systems remotely, utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for network devices and configurations
- Build and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines for network automation and deployment
- Troubleshoot production network issues and perform root cause analysis for automation failures
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of network engineering experience, with at least 2 years in network automation/DevOps
- Strong hands-on experience with Python scripting and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
- Proven ability to create and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments
- Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking concepts and multi-vendor device automation
- Familiarity with Linux systems, REST APIs, and automated testing frameworks for network changes
