Network Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely nationwide, the full-time Network Engagement Manager will assist in enhancing provider claims processes, designing relationship-building programs, and supporting the development of provider networks.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end provider claims and enhance call quality
• Design and implement programs to nurture positive relationships between health plans, providers, and practice managers
• Identify gaps in network composition and services to support network contracting and development teams

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of managed care or medical insurance experience
• 1+ years of experience in claims, customer service, or provider support role
• Intermediate proficiency with oral communication skills, including telephone etiquette
• Intermediate proficiency with MS programs, including Excel and Word
