Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer 1 - Vulnerability, Patching, and Hardening.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved firmware upgrades and configuration hardening tasks according to standard operating procedures
• Perform pre-check and post-check validations, collect evidence, and document outcomes accurately
• Support remediation task tracking, follow-ups for failed changes, and maintain reporting on remediation completion

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of direct, hands-on network operations experience in production environments
• Experience working within formal change windows and following documented implementation plans
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hospital information technology experience strongly preferred; broader healthcare experience preferred
• Certifications desirable: Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent
