Job Summary
A company is looking for a Network Engineer - III.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Layer 1 issues remotely via phone with local support personnel
- Test newly installed switches and routers remotely and ensure connectivity
- Implement and manage network infrastructure focusing on Layer 1-3 technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 4 years)
- Proficient in IP Layer 1-3 for Edge Networks with knowledge of MPLS, TCP/IP (IPv4 & IPv6)
- Solid understanding of VXLAN, BGP, and Layer 1 troubleshooting
- Extensive knowledge of CLI commands across various networking platforms
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are preferred
