Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer-Managed Services to manage and maintain IT infrastructure environments for Managed Services customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support services, including implementation, upgrades, and user management for Managed Services clients
• Participate in client projects to improve technology infrastructures and ensure operational stability
• Provide 24/7 support for critical systems and communicate effectively with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Network Engineering experience, or 7 years of total engineering experience including 3 years in Network Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls
• Professional experience in IT with infrastructure solutions supported by Managed Services
• Ability to resolve critical issues in a time-sensitive manner while maintaining service levels
• Experience in a large data center environment is a plus
