Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Network Engineer (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 System Administrators and lead troubleshooting for network functions
Diagnose, resolve, and document network problems while performing root cause analysis
Provide technical assistance and mentorship, and maintain site infrastructure and network connectivity

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in routing, switching, and load balancing
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are highly desirable
Expertise with network systems, standards, and protocols including LAN, WAN, and MPLS
Cloud networking experience, particularly with Azure
