Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer responsible for maintaining the infrastructure within managed facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain security and integrity of network infrastructure and ensure system uptime in line with company SLA targets
• Review and act on daily tickets and respond to out-of-hours critical alerts as required
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and peers while managing projects effectively

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco (routing & switching), Juniper (switching), and Palo Alto firewalls
• Strong experience with BGP and OSPF
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Background in Managed Services and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency in configuring/managing data center networks and understanding of networking protocols
