Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contractor - Network Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Tests and supports new network hardware and topologies under Change Management
• Provides network support to the business, troubleshoots problems, and creates network documentation
• Maintains network inventory and conducts equipment patching/upgrades while ensuring network security

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior Associate role
• Preferred experience in Network Operations and Design, and with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Current certifications preferred, such as CCNA R&S, CCPN, AWS Solutions Architect
• Strong understanding of Firewall, Router, and Switching principles, as well as various networking technologies
