Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Add users, configure, update traffic rules, and troubleshoot company firewall
• Maintain overall inbound and outbound network connectivity using routers and Cisco gateway
• Provide technical support to various departments and users regarding networks and VPN

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline, or a two-year college degree with relevant experience
• At least five (5) years' experience with network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and remote access systems
• Advanced knowledge of fundamental networking and distributed computing environment principles
• Advanced knowledge of network security concepts and solutions
• Professional certification preferred
