Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 3 Network Engineer to enhance their managed services support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support requests and troubleshoot advanced networking issues
• Document resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base while collaborating with team members
• Engage in ongoing certification training and participate in internal projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in administering/supporting networking technologies
• An associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant work experience
• Experience with designing and implementing network topologies, including switches and routers
• Relevant networking certification or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in managed service provider (MSP) or professional services is a plus
