Network Engineer

Job Summary

Network Engineer, responsible for providing remote support and service delivery for ISP/MSP business customers, focusing on SDWAN networks, VoIP services, and related technologies in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for SDWAN and related services
• Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups and Microsoft operating systems
• Support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical environment with expertise in SDWAN
• CCNA and CCNP certification is highly desirable
• Command line experience with networking tools and strong firewall configuration experience
• Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, and VRRP
