Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Global Sensor Network Operations team, the remote Network Engineer will deploy, maintain, and secure network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and enhance cybersecurity measures for mission-critical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain LAN infrastructure across remote Global Sensor Network sites
• Serve as a primary escalation point for network-related outages and participate in incident response and root cause analysis
• Improve cybersecurity posture through secure network design and monitor network-based threats in collaboration with security teams

Required qualifications

• Experience deploying, operating, and troubleshooting enterprise or remote-site network infrastructure
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VPNs
• Hands-on experience with firewall technologies, preferably Palo Alto Networks
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki networking platforms and AWS networking environments
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues and drive incidents through resolution
