Network Engineer

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day network operations, the contract Network Engineer will focus on Load Balancers and DNS, providing L2 support, handling escalations, and ensuring high availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure F5, Citrix, and A10 Load Balancers, including VIPs, pools, and SSL certificates
• Oversee DNS platforms, handle record updates, and troubleshoot resolution and propagation issues
• Monitor network health, manage incidents and service requests, and perform root cause analysis and service restoration

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Load Balancers and DNS
• Understanding of networking basics, including TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL
• Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow
• F5 or CCNA certification is preferred
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking and basic scripting in Python is a plus
