Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technology consulting company, the full-time Network Engineer will independently deliver smaller networking engagements and assist senior engineers on larger projects, focusing on enterprise networking solutions and customer infrastructure modernization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation, migration, and optimization of enterprise network solutions under guidance
• Independently complete defined workstreams within smaller customer engagements while escalating design decisions as needed
• Assist with network assessments, health checks, upgrades, and troubleshooting of wired and wireless issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience supporting enterprise networking environments
• Experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco technologies
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing
• Experience performing migrations and infrastructure refresh projects
• PowerShell, Python, or automation experience preferred
