Network Engineer

Job Summary

Providing 24/7 network support to clients globally, the full-time Network Engineer will manage complex networking solutions in enterprise data centers and remote offices, ensuring effective troubleshooting and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage complex networking solutions, including configuration and troubleshooting of Enterprise LAN and WAN
• Handle escalations and severe cases, coordinating with ISPs, clients, and onsite technical teams for effective incident resolution
• Document network issues with in-depth event logs and provide permanent remediation for affected endpoints

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience implementing and managing multi-vendor network solutions
• Extensive experience in Routing and Switching, including knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VPN technologies
• Prior experience collaborating with global clients from the US, Europe, and APAC regions
• CCNA or CCNP Certifications are an asset
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches
