Network Engineer

Job Summary

Designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network technologies, the full-time remote Network Engineer will focus on routing, cloud connectivity, and data center networking while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and secure network services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise and retail network technologies, including routing, switching, and cloud networking
• Troubleshoot production network issues and plan network changes, ensuring proper documentation and rollback procedures
• Implement network automation and operational improvements using tools such as Ansible and Python

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant network engineering or operations experience
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols
• Experience with network automation tools and cloud networking in GCP or AWS
• Ability to plan and execute network changes with sound change management practices
• Experience troubleshooting production network issues using various diagnostic tools
