Network Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure high reliability of network operations, the full-time Staff Network Engineer will define network health standards, collaborate with internal teams, and coordinate cross-functional efforts, with the position being eligible for remote work from New Jersey.

Key responsibilities

• Define network health standards and policies, and identify optimization opportunities to enhance reliability
• Collaborate with various internal teams to advocate for operational network needs and implement plans effectively
• Lead delivery and reviews of network health results, driving process improvements and risk mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience with network routing protocols, design, and troubleshooting with network equipment providers
• Experience in planning and designing networks across multiple sites and products
• 5 years of experience in a networking environment, in an engineering or operations capacity
• Proven track record in driving projects related to network scaling and optimization
