Network Engineer

Job Summary

To maintain and optimize network infrastructure, the remote Network Engineer will ensure strong performance, reliability, and security while proactively monitoring and troubleshooting network issues across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure supporting business operations
• Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools to protect company systems

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and network security
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools
• Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge with experience in business environments within the last 2 years
• Natural problem-solver with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred, or equivalent experience
