Network Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on designing, building, and securing network infrastructure, the full-time Network Engineer will manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments primarily using Meraki, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and security across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring effective monitoring and documentation
• Coordinate ISP and network installations for new and existing locations, while proactively monitoring and resolving network issues
• Manage network security technologies, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems, and mentor junior engineers

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
• 2+ years of experience with network automation tools such as Ansible and Python
• Advanced knowledge of Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5 technologies
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CCNP or CCIE, are highly desirable
• Intermediate knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Perl, and Ruby
