Network Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Network Engineer to join the Application Network Services team in a full-time capacity, responsible for providing technical support for network connectivity and application delivery through F5 platforms, while collaborating with application owners to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to application teams for network connectivity and application delivery through F5 platforms
• Partner with application owners to gather delivery requirements and translate them into F5 configurations and application delivery designs
• Troubleshoot application connectivity, performance, and availability issues, performing root cause analysis in collaboration with various teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of hands-on IT and network engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, including virtual servers, pools, monitors, and certificate management
• Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and firewalls
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with application owners and development teams to gather requirements and guide effective application delivery designs
