Network Engineer

Job Summary

To support a global network infrastructure, the full-time Network Engineer will implement, maintain, and expand enterprise networking solutions while providing 24x5 staffing and rotational weekend on-call support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for global network infrastructure, including monitoring, alert management, and maintenance
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and performance optimization
• Act as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting and collaborate with team members and stakeholders for timely remediation

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure in a global enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Global Protect VPN, and Portnox
• BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience with the setup and configuration of new office sites
• Ability to work rotating shifts and participate in a weekend on-call rotation
