Network Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting Microsoft's enterprise on-premises data center network infrastructure and lab environments, the full-time Network Engineer will independently execute network move, add, and change (MAC) requests, perform maintenance and upgrades, and troubleshoot complex network issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure and lab networking environments
• Execute network MAC requests and operational work items independently
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure support activities to ensure service reliability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise or data center network environments
• Proven ability to independently execute network MAC requests and operational support tasks
• Experience with network upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting in production environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise networking environments and lab network infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex network environments
