Network Engineer
Job Summary
To support a robust IT infrastructure, the full-time Network Engineer will be responsible for the architecture, implementation, support, and troubleshooting of the Firm's LAN/WAN systems while working remotely from the Cleveland, OH area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 end user support for over 1,800 users across multiple locations
- Establish and maintain system standards, including documentation and configuration
- Design and implement network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or related roles
- Experience with Intel server technology and Microsoft or Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of telephony systems and remote access methods
- Proficiency in designing and implementing data backup and recovery processes
