Network Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the stable operation of network systems, the full-time Senior Engineer II, Converged Network Engineering will plan, coordinate, and optimize the design and installation of computer and network systems, while managing incidents in a 24x7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic plans to meet network capacity requirements and establish best practices for network hardware management
• Plan and coordinate the acquisition and installation of network hardware and software, while conducting research on network products and services
• Manage the operation of network hardware and security solutions, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding network activities

Required qualifications

• Four-year degree in computer science or equivalent work experience (6+ years)
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Service Provider, and CCNP Collaboration are highly desired
• 6+ years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, and VPNs
• Exceptional technical knowledge of network operating systems, including Cisco IOS and NX-OS
• Experience in a Managed Services environment and familiarity with Public Cloud architectures (Azure/AWS) are a plus
