Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise computer, phone, and video networks
• Provide tier 3 support for headquarters, hospitals, and special projects
• Create and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for network configurations

Required Qualifications

• Experience with industry-leading Network Security Products
• Proficient in Cisco IOS and Cisco phone systems
• Experienced with Microsoft Office suite and Cisco wireless technologies
• High School Diploma/GED
