Network Engineer II

Job Summary

Supporting the design and implementation of enterprise network infrastructure, the full-time remote Network Engineer II will manage network deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure reliable connectivity across various facilities and data centers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy network solutions including routing, switching, and WAN technologies
• Monitor network health and performance, troubleshooting incidents and providing escalation support for outages
• Create and maintain network documentation, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
• Experience with routing and switching technologies (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with WAN technologies (MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues
