Job Summary

Network Engineer II, a full-time remote position, is responsible for enhancing network design, optimizing performance, and providing technical support while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain network DWDM systems
• Assist in the design and architecture of projects and features
• Conduct network performance reviews and provide technical mentoring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience, or 2-3 years with a Master's Degree
• Ability to work all shifts in a 7x24x365 call center environment
