Job Summary
As part of a Global Engineering Operations Center, the full-time Network Engineer II will manage networking needs across multiple industries, requiring technical proficiency in Cisco Route/Switch, Cisco ASA, F5, and other technologies while troubleshooting WAN technologies and routing protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot WAN technologies such as MPLS, MetroE, and DMVPN
- Resolve issues related to various routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
- Design and implement hub-and-spoke networking configurations and security devices
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco FirePower, Palo Alto, and Fortinet
- Knowledge of load balancers and WAN optimization devices like F5 and Riverbed
- Experience with switching and Layer 2 issues including STP and HSRP
- Familiarity with troubleshooting switching and routing protocols
- Ability to design and implement networking solutions in diverse environments
