Network Engineer III
Job Summary
To enhance the efficiency of network deployments, the full-time remote Network Engineer III will build and operate multi-vendor, multi-region hybrid cloud networks while driving initiatives for automation and improving network quality.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate hybrid cloud networks at scale across multiple vendors and regions
- Drive initiatives to enhance the quality and velocity of network deployments through automation and validation
- Develop scripts and tools to automate tasks and improve network visibility
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in building and operating multi-vendor, multi-region production networks, with 4+ years focused on network automation
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Proficient in writing production-quality code in Python (or Go) and familiar with Git-based workflows
- Expertise in various routing and switching protocols, including IPv6 and MP-BGP
- Experience deploying and supporting connectivity on public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
