Network Engineer Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of network engineers, the full-time Network Engineer Lead will oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of complex network systems, ensuring adherence to technology standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads the planning and implementation of network systems, including voice and data communication architectures
• Monitors protocol compatibility and system performance, making recommendations for improvements
• Provides training and guidance to the Engineering team and serves as the central point of communication

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years of experience in a network engineering role
• Previous experience as a Team Lead
• Proficient understanding of voice and data communications equipment and protocols
• CCNP certification preferred
