Network Engineer - RF/FWA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer - RF/FWA Networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement RF-based systems including Fixed Wireless Access networks
• Lead/manage projects of varying complexity and perform network upgrades and subscriber migrations
• Document networks and troubleshoot existing systems while staying updated on industry developments

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operating, troubleshooting, and/or designing RF networks
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of remote work experience with minimal supervision
• In-depth knowledge of the rural/Tier 3-4 telecom industry and RF principles
• Hands-on experience with RF equipment from various vendors
