Network Engineer - WV Licensed

Job Summary

Leading network operations, the full-time remote Network Engineer - WV Licensed will manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex network infrastructure while providing mentorship to junior technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software components
• Diagnose and resolve advanced network issues, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Oversee network-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scopes and requirements

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience in a relevant field
• Minimum of four years of experience in configuring and installing routers, switches, and firewalls
• Experience with Internet TCP/IP protocols such as DHCP, DNS, and SSH
• Design and implementation experience of complex and secure LANs/WANs
• Preferred certifications include Cisco (CCNP or higher), Juniper (JNCIS or higher), or Palo Alto (PCNSA or higher)
