Network Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and engineering of enterprise network systems, the full-time remote Network Engineering Manager will manage a team responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable network services while developing technology roadmaps and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps and network architecture blueprints aligned with business objectives
• Provide technical leadership for network systems projects, ensuring high availability and security across LAN, WAN, and cloud networking
• Build and mentor a high-performing network engineering team, promoting agile practices and continuous improvement in service delivery

Required qualifications

• College degree in a relevant technical area or equivalent work experience; relevant industry certifications preferred
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in network engineering, operations, or infrastructure management
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles supporting LAN, WAN, and network security systems
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams of network professionals
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise network protocols and technologies, including BGP, EIGRP, and SDWAN
