Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Network Installation Success Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Create successful installations by delivering timely and mistake-free support
• Provide effective installation support through various communication channels while adhering to specific guidelines
• Support installation milestones and ensure services are accurately installed and documented

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Field Technician or Help Desk Agent
• Experience with Managed Network & Voice solutions including SD-WAN, Firewall, and VoIP
• Comprehensive understanding of Broadband Carrier circuit quality and trouble ticketing procedures
• Proficient in local area network (LAN) topology and TCP/IP inter-networking fundamentals
• Ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency and professionalism
