Network IP Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network IP Engineer - Route/Switch to support critical infrastructure projects in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate IP routing and switching products into Tier 1 Carrier environments
• Lead lab evaluations of new hardware/software and provide project support
• Troubleshoot complex network issues through fault isolation, replication, and resolution

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on routing protocols and switching
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Experience working independently in lab and production environments with Tier 1 Carriers
• Strong knowledge of Layer 3 networks and their application in VoIP environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
