Network Lead - Level 3

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Level 3 Network Lead will provide senior network engineering oversight, manage operational leadership within a 24/7 NOC, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex network issues.

Key responsibilities

• Serves as the highest escalation point for complex network issues, including routing, switching, and connectivity failures
• Oversees daily NOC operations, ensuring effective network monitoring and proactive remediation
• Owns major network incidents from detection through resolution and leads post-incident reviews for long-term remediation

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Deep expertise in network engineering, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a 24/7 operational environment
• Strong background in incident management and operational reporting
• U.S. Citizenship and residency required, with the ability to work rotating shifts
