Network Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Management Implementation Specialist to manage and coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for contracted medical groups and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end provider onboarding and offboarding management, ensuring seamless experiences
• Develop and maintain workflows and documentation to support consistent practices and operational readiness
• Drive continuous process improvement and support system modernization efforts through capturing business requirements and testing enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in provider network management, healthcare operations, or implementation roles
• At least 3 years' experience in provider onboarding and direct provider engagement
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
• Solid understanding of Medicare Advantage operations and provider-facing processes
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
