Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in provider recruitment, network development, or healthcare contracting
• Experience in recruiting or managing healthcare providers, preferably in dental
• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple markets and provider pipelines
• Analytical mindset with comfort in reviewing utilization and performance data
