Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Management Implementation Specialist to manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for contracted medical groups and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end provider onboarding and offboarding management, ensuring seamless experiences
• Develop and maintain workflows and documentation to support operational readiness and data integrity
• Drive continuous process improvement and support system modernization efforts related to provider management

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in provider network management or healthcare operations
• At least 3 years of experience in provider onboarding and direct provider engagement
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
