Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Management Implementation Specialist to manage and coordinate provider onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end provider onboarding and offboarding management, ensuring seamless experiences
• Develop and maintain standardized workflows and documentation to support operational readiness and data integrity
• Drive continuous process improvement and support system modernization efforts by capturing business requirements and validating changes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in provider network management or healthcare operations with cross-functional collaboration
• At least 3 years' experience in provider onboarding and direct provider engagement
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
• Solid understanding of Medicare Advantage operations and provider-facing processes
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
