Network Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support network development and maintenance in a remote capacity, the full-time Network Management Specialist will assess network needs, coordinate provider contracting, and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess network needs and recruit providers to meet adequacy standards
• Conduct and coordinate contracting initiatives and provider education activities
• Manage ongoing audits of provider compliance with policies and contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related position or field
• Knowledge of National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) requirements
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint
• GED or High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
