Job Summary

Managing specialist network operations remotely, the full-time Network Management Specialist will oversee provider sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management while ensuring efficient referral processes across all programs and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Track specialist coverage needs, prioritize gaps, and conduct outreach to qualified practices
• Coordinate provider onboarding and maintain standardized referral processes across all programs
• Serve as the primary operational contact for specialist practices post-onboarding, addressing workflow questions and concerns

Required Qualifications

• Experience in network management or healthcare operations
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal enrollment processes
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing recruitment pipelines
• Strong understanding of provider onboarding and credentialing procedures
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
